I don’t use any salt in my soup, instead of using 2 teaspoons of salt, I only used 1/4 teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO. With this, I can reduce sodium in my food while maintain its deliciousness. It provides the umami taste, made from natural ingredients (sugarcane & tapioca) through fermentation process. 🤩🤩
